2007/2008 RATES for K Bay Townhouses:
Minimum 1 month stay 3 bedroom T/House
- $850 week
Minimum 2 months stay 3 bedroom T/House
- $795 week
Minimum 3 months stay 3 bedroom T/House
- $750 week
Minimum 4 months + stay 3 bedroom T/House
- $695 week
Price is based on amount of time booked initially. If you choose to extend your booking after you arrive the weekly price will be based on your initial quote.
About long term stays
Coffs Beach Houses can also cater for people requiring fully furnished temporary accommodation or executive rentals. We can cater for workers coming to town on jobs, we also provide accommodation for those moving to the area that require somewhere to stay while purchasing a property or house. Public Holidays
A 20% surcharge will be added to accommodation during all school holidays and long weekends. Rates are for up to 6 people, extra people charged at $50 per week. Includes a weekly service & linen change.
These prices are not valid during Christmas/New year holidays (22nd Dec to 30th Jan). Please refer to regular tariffs.
