This magnificent property with breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean from each of the living areas and balconies, makes for an enviable holiday position. Whether it be family reunions, small group get-togethers, workers, special occasions, or just where you need lots of space, this house in Korora is ideal. This house has close neighbours and is not suitable as a party house. There are strict rules in place for no noise after 10pm.

There is room here for a few families as the house sleeps 12 plus people.  There is also an optional 1 brm apartment sleeping 4 people within the house if you need more space (see Breakers). In addition, there is a fully-self contained 2 brm adjoining apartment which sleeps 5, if you require more rooms (see Pacific Vista).

This house is in a prime position with lovely easterly views, overlooking the 11 metre resort style pool and tropical gardens, out to the ocean. Just 400 metres walk down the street, you will find beach access steps and a beautiful coastal walk.

On the upper floor of the main house are 5 queen size bedrooms. Four of these have a queen bed (one also has a single), and one has a double bed. The master bedroom has a His-and-Hers walk in robe, and the others have built-ins. There is a large, open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, a very large bathroom with a corner spa and separate shower, an ensuite with bath and separate shower, and a powder room. Also on this level is a balcony with superb views and outdoor dining. On the lower floor are 3 bedrooms; two with a queen bed (one also has a single) and one with two singles. There is a bathroom, powder room, lounge room, laundry, double garage, and a balcony with outdoor dining and BBQ, overlooking the pool and ocean.

The contemporary resort style pool completes the outdoor entertaining area and like the ocean, it can be viewed from all levels. So why not relax by the pool surrounded by tropical gardens and take in the lovely ocean views.

This home sits at the top of a very prestigious estate and is a short walk to the beach, 2 minutes drive to major shopping centre and close to all city infrastructures.
